4. PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS​

4.1 Attendance​

  • Minimum attendance: [80]% of scheduled sessions
  • Absences must be reported in advance
  • Excessive absences may result in dismissal

4.2 Academic Requirements​

  • Complete all assignments by deadlines
  • Maintain minimum grade of [70]%

4.3 Code of Conduct​

Student agrees to:

  • Treat instructors and peers with respect
  • Maintain academic integrity (no plagiarism/cheating)

4.4 Technology Requirements​

Student must have:

  • Computer meeting minimum specifications
  • Reliable internet connection (for online/hybrid)
  • Required software installed
  • Webcam and microphone (for online sessions)

5. CERTIFICATION AND COMPLETION​

5.1 Completion Requirements​

To receive certification, Student must:

  • Attend minimum [80]% of sessions
  • Complete all required assignments
  • Pass final assessment with [70]%+ score
  • Complete capstone project
  • Pay all fees in full

5.2 Certificate​

Upon successful completion:

  • Certificate of Completion issued
  • Digital badge provided

5.3 Incomplete Status​

If requirements not met:

  • Student may retake specific modules
  • No certificate issued without completion

6. CAREER SERVICES​

6.1 Services Provided​

The Academy provides:

  • Resume and portfolio review
  • Interview preparation
  • Job search strategy coaching
  • Employer introductions
  • Alumni network access

6.2 Job Placement​

  • Academy does not guarantee employment
  • Career services available for [12] months post-graduation
  • Student must actively participate in job search

6.3 Outcome Reporting​

Student agrees to:

  • Provide salary information (anonymized for statistics)
  • Participate in outcome surveys

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY​

  • Student receives license for personal use only
  • No copying, sharing, or commercial use

7.2 Student Work​

  • Student retains ownership of original work
  • Academy may use student work for:
    • Portfolio examples (with permission)
    • Marketing materials (anonymized)
    • Curriculum improvement

7.3 Capstone Projects​

  • Student owns capstone project
  • Academy may showcase with permission
  • Third-party IP must be properly licensed

8. CONFIDENTIALITY​

8.1 Confidential Information​

Student shall not disclose:

  • Proprietary curriculum and materials
  • Assessment questions and answers
  • Other students' personal information
  • Academy business information

8.2 Duration​

Confidentiality obligations continue after program completion.


9. DATA PROTECTION​

9.1 Personal Data​

The Academy collects and processes:

  • Contact information
  • Educational background
  • Program performance
  • Employment outcomes

9.2 Purpose​

Data is used for:

  • Program administration
  • Academic support
  • Career services
  • Outcome reporting
  • Marketing (with consent)

9.3 Rights​

Student has the right to:

  • Access personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion (subject to legal requirements)
  • Withdraw consent

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY​

10.1 Academy Liability​

The Academy's liability is limited to:

  • Refund of fees paid (per refund policy)
  • Re-delivery of defective instruction

10.2 Exclusions​

The Academy is not liable for:

  • Employment outcomes
  • Income levels achieved
  • Third-party actions
  • Indirect or consequential damages

10.3 Student Responsibility​

Student is responsible for:

  • Own learning and effort
  • Career decisions
  • Equipment and technology
  • Compliance with this Agreement

11. DISMISSAL​

11.1 Grounds for Dismissal​

Student may be dismissed for:

  • Academic dishonesty
  • Code of conduct violations
  • Excessive absences
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Disruptive behavior
  • Violation of this Agreement

11.2 Process​

  1. Written warning (except for serious violations)
  2. Meeting with program director
  3. Decision communicated in writing
  4. Appeal within [7] days

11.3 Effect of Dismissal​

  • No refund (except as required by law)
  • No certificate issued
  • May not re-enroll without approval

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION​

12.1 Informal Resolution​

Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes informally through discussion with program director.

12.2 Formal Complaint​

If unresolved, Student may submit formal complaint to [EMAIL].

12.3 Mediation​

Unresolved disputes may be submitted to mediation.

12.4 Governing Law​

This Agreement is governed by Hungarian law.


13. GENERAL PROVISIONS​

13.1 Entire Agreement​

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement.

13.2 Amendments​

Academy may update policies with [30] days' notice.

13.3 Severability​

Invalid provisions shall be modified to be enforceable.

13.4 Waiver​

Failure to enforce does not waive rights.

13.5 Assignment​

Student may not assign this Agreement.

14. ACKNOWLEDGMENTS​

By signing below, Student acknowledges:

  • I agree to the code of conduct
  • I understand employment is not guaranteed
  • I consent to data processing as described
  • I have received the Student Handbook
